Sarah Jaafar is a certified hypnotherapist, ThetaHealing practitioner, and graduate of the London College of Fashion, University of The Arts London where she studied Applied Psychology in Fashion. She strongly believes that true transformation starts within—and in the power of the mind-body connection merging subconscious healing, energy work, and self-image reshaping. Her journey began with her own transformation: when she started doing the inner work, her external reality shifted dramatically—her manifestations, energy, appearance, and presence evolved in ways that others couldn't help but notice. This experience became the foundation for her mission. Sarah believes our outer world is a mirror of our inner landscape.
