The general Terms and Conditions detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘you’ or the ‘Client’) and The Healing Center (hereafter also referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, or the ‘Site’), belonging to the company The Holistic Concept FZCO, Dubai.
These Terms and Conditions pertain to your access to and use of website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, links, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the ‘Site’).
By accessing and/or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this agreement and confirm that you have read and understood all of these Terms and Conditions, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse the Site) or you are a “Registered User” (which means you have registered a user account to use the Site and purchase Services). These Terms and Conditions are important to you and The Healing Center, as they are used to protect your rights as a valued client and our rights as a business.
The Healing Center is a work in progress, and as such things may change, be added or be taken away from the Site. We reserve the right to update the Site and these Terms and Conditions from time to time, at our discretion and without any notice. It is solely your responsibility to keep up-to-date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking back regularly. Your continued use of the Site following the publishing of updated Terms and Conditions will be taken to mean that you have read and agree to the changes.
We work hard to ensure the Site is always up and available, but we can't guarantee that the Site will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Site for short periods of time for general maintenance, but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.
Visitors are permitted to access and browse the full Site prior to deciding whether to become a Registered User. Only Registered Users are able to purchase and book our services. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your orders whilst still keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register an account with The Healing Center by entering your full name, email and choosing a secure password. We highly recommend that you choose a strong password that is hard for others to guess, and you log out from your account at the end of every session. There is a password reset procedure in case you forget your password. You must treat your account log-in information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party and only using The Healing Center in person. If you think there may have been any breach of security then it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and if log-in is possible, to change your password.
It is a condition of your use of the Site that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Conditions.
We do not guarantee that the Site or any content provided on the Site is error free. We manage your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and you are of legal age to form a legally binding contract. Registration, subscription, access to and use of the Sites and the Services are not available to users under the age of 18 and are void where prohibited by applicable law.
The Healing Center does offer services designed for children under the age of 18, however these can only be purchased and booked through the User Account of a parent or a legal guardian, confirming their approval of the service and these terms.
The Healing Center takes great care when uploading service information, descriptions and images online to aid you in choosing a healing modality that is best suited for you. We do however note that we will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given. All the content on The Healing Center Sites (source code, database, illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images, audios, and videos), is the proprietary property of The Holistic Concept FZCO. The Content and the trademarks, service marks, and logos therein, are owned and controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We are pleased to grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Site solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You may only use the Site in the way the content you access is intended and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content, software, or services contained with the Site.
The details you give us are essential for the processing of your service orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, therefore failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. In creating an account, you may not misrepresent your identity and you may never use another person’s account for any purpose whatsoever. If you had previously had your access to the Site terminated by us, you may not access or use the Site under any circumstances.
You should never share your account information with third parties or allow third parties to use your account. Please keep your password confidential and be sure to exit from your account at the end of each session. You are responsible for all the activity on your account, including the use of your account by other people who you may or may not authorize to use your account.
All the Services on the Site have their price displayed in US Dollars. Although we try our best to keep our Site and Services menu updated, these prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to modify them at any moment. The price of the Service will be indicated to you on the order summary before your purchase.
Live Private and Group Services are subject to the availability of our team members, which is why we require you to select a specified time and date suitable for you ahead of payment. Once you select the Service required, you may choose your preferred service provider and preview their schedule. Select your desired Date & Time and add your session to your cart. You may continue your shopping should you want to add other services, or go directly to checkout. Bear in mind that your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been made.
The Healing Center currently offers online payment methods through Debit and Credit Card, towards The Holistic Concept FZCO. All payments made are non-refundable. You may however choose to reschedule a booking within the acceptable time limit outlined in our Rescheduling Policy (refer to this policy for booking, cancelation, rescheduling and package guidelines).
With respect to content available on the website, neither The Healing Center nor any of its team members makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or services.
Any failure of The Healing Center to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Healing Center, and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Conditions). If any provision of these Terms of Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
Any opinions left on the Site by The Healing Center customers are screened and moderated by us. If the comment infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), we reserve the right to refuse or modify them.
YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT, AND THAT BY USING OR ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
