Rescheduling Policy

The following policy details our rescheduling and cancelation guidelines. Please understand and appreciate that this policy is in place to better serve you and clients who could benefit from a session availability, and in consideration of the time and effort of our team.

Private & Group Sessions:

- Once a session is booked, it is non-refundable.

- You have the option to reschedule a booking up to 48 hours prior to the starting time of your session.

- A Rescheduled Session can only be booked with the same service provider and for the same service.

- Any No-Show or Late Cancelation occurring within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a full session deduction, and cannot be rescheduled.

Pre-Recorded Sessions:

- Your pre-recorded session will be available for access for a period of 48 hours from the moment of purchase.

- These sessions are non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled.


Workshops & Courses:

- Workshops and Courses are pre-defined educational sessions that may or may not be recurrent. For that reason, once booked, they cannot be rescheduled or canceled, and are non-refundable.


Package Guidelines:

- Packages or passes within a package may not be transferred to other User Accounts.

- Packages cannot be frozen, and are non-refundable.
