There are many types of pranayama and each has its own unique method of using our breath for healing purposes. The breathwork technique used in the session will be tailored to your specific needs or area you want to work on (emotional release, stress management, deep relaxation or increased vitality/energy). Breath is life and the bridge that connects the major events in our lives. Let us use our breath to naturally heal our bodies and connect deeply with who we truly are.
