Leila is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher (200 hours, Beirut Yoga Center) with a gentle, nurturing, and empowering teaching style. Drawing on her background in theatre and her studies in naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, she guides beginners through a mindful practice that blends breathwork, physical postures, and meditation to foster deep mind–body connection. Having discovered yoga as a way to release stored emotions and reconnect with herself, she now shares this journey with her students by creating a space to explore flexibility, calm the nervous system, and feel grounded in the present moment. Her intention is to help students listen to their bodies, test their limits with compassion, and leave class feeling more balanced, relaxed, and connected.
