The session is filled with guided inspiration and healing movements to release stress and anxiety; improves flexibility; strengthens immunity; releases toxins and balances energy channels. It is also, a good practice for those recovering from or living with injury, but can also be used as a self-care strategy for prevention and to maintain one's well being. Therapeutic Yoga is a means to facilitate healing in the whole person, physically and emotionally. No prior yoga experience needed.
