Slow Flow uses deep, steady breathing to set the meditative pace of the session, and combines repetitive, rhythmic sequences to reach a mental state of flow, with some postures held longer for several breaths.The intentional slowing down of movement and breath has a powerful calming effect on the brain and nervous system, allowing us to feel more centered and in control of our mind, emotions, and stress levels. This is a physically challenging yet slow moving flow that will help build strength and balance, enhance flexibility and mobility, and nurture a deeper mind-body connection. All levels are welcome.
